INSTALLATION OF AC-575 INTEGRATED STERILIZER AND SHREDDER (ISS) AT MITRA KELUARGA HOSPITAL

Mitra Keluarga Hospital is the fifth install base in Indonesia and first in West Java for AC-575 Celitron Integrated Sterilizer and Shredder (ISS) unit.
AC-575 Integrated Sterilizer and Shredder (ISS) is recommended for large hospitals because it can process approximately 500 kg of infectious medical solid waste a day, because it has a chamber volume of 150 L and is capable of processing up to 67 kg / cycle infectious medical solid waste. This autoclave technology (non-incineration) is in conformity with the applicable law regulation in Indonesia (KLHK Regulation No. 56 of 2015).
As a form of compliance to the rules, especially in Mitra Keluarga Hospital Fasyankes an autoclave (non-incineration) machine, known as AC-575 Integrated Sterilizer and Shredder (ISS), treats infectious B3 solid waste independently.
The ISS performs both shredding and waste steam sterilization in a single vessel. The vessel is fitted with a motor driven shaft, with powerful shredding/crushing blades which reduce the size and volume of the waste.
